The Lewy Body Dementia Resource Center (LBDRC) is committed to raising awareness about LBD, the second most common form of progressive dementia after Alzheimer’s disease that affects more than 1.4 million Americans. The film, FACING THE WIND, with LBDRC as its fiscal sponsor, offers a stunning opportunity to bring crucially needed awareness to this disease throughout the world. Following the film, the documentary’s director Deirdre Fishel, producer Tony Heriza, and special guests, will speak about the making of the film, its importance, and its potential power.
