at Lincoln Center

On November 18th, 2024, LBDRC held a fundraising event with private screening of the documentary film “Facing The Wind” and cocktail reception at the Walter Reade Theater at Lincoln Center in NYC. The videos below contain opening remarks by Mary Lou Falcone and Norma Loeb, LBDRC board member and founder & executive director respectively. The Q&A following the film is shown in the second video.
All agreed the film was an educational, moving and revealing experience. The film carefully and sensitively shows the impact of caring for someone who has Lewy body dementia.
