Serving Seniors’ team of social workers assists seniors with: financial management; Medicare, MediCal, Social Security and other benefits; referrals to other service organizations, including the Senior Dental Center; health and medication coordination with clients’ primary care providers; health and nutrition education; fitness, learning and socialization opportunities.
Their team helps seniors address a variety of challenges: obtaining social security benefits, arranging transportation, scheduling health appointments, making contact with local agencies to resolve problems, and much more.
